By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and fairness for all guests and staff. Please read carefully before making your booking.
Booking & Payments
1. Deposit: A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
2. Final Payment: Full balance is payable on the day of your party, before play begins. We do not accept final balance payments before the day.
3. Final Head Count: The confirmed guest count must be provided before the event starts. If more guests arrive than booked, you will be charged extra per guest (based on either package or entry-only rates).
4. Minimum Guests:
Private Hire: No minimum number of guests.
Non-Private Hire: A minimum of 10 guests is required. Please note other parties or guests may be present in the arcade.

Guest Entry & Supervision
5. Included Supervisors: All private hire packages include 2 FREE (entry-only) guests/supervisors.
6. Additional Guests: Any guest (including parents/supervisors) beyond the included 2 must be paid for. The party host is responsible for ensuring this rule is followed.
7. Guest Drop-Off: Parents/guardians may drop off and collect children at the entrance only. There is no waiting area at any store location.
8. Wristbands: All guests will be issued wristbands on entry for identification and access.

Time Management
9. Party Timing: If you start late, you cannot exceed your original booking time. It is the party host’s responsibility to start on time.
10. Arrival/Exit: You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your booking to set up and have 15 minutes after to vacate the premises.
11. Hire-Only Package (No Food): If you choose a hire-only option and wish to order food, last orders must be placed no later than 45 minutes before your party ends.

Food & Beverages
12. Food Eligibility: Food is only provided to guests who are part of a paid package.
13. External Food: Only food from Waffle and More is allowed, with the exception of a birthday cake (Note: no fountain candles permitted).
14. Serving Time: All food will be served within your allocated 2-hour party window.
15. Buffet Style: All food is served buffet-style. Menus may vary slightly between stores and are subject to change without notice.
16. Package Options: Only food from your chosen package will be served. You may upgrade your package on arrival, subject to availability.

General Rules
17. Recommended Age: Parties are recommended for children aged 8 years and above.
18. Games & Activities: Game selections may vary between stores.
19. Behaviour: Abuse or violence towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such behavior may result in immediate party cancellation without refund.
